Jack Link's, the beef jerky brand, has released a campaign pronouncing 12 June as "national jerky day" in the US.

Carmichael Lynch has created TV spots featuring the brand mascot, a sasquatch, as well as creating a mosaic of the mascot out of beef jerky, which went on display at the Rotunda at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.
