BBC One has launched a star-studded ad campaign to promote the new series of Strictly Coming Dancing.

The ad uses music from Paloma Faith and shows the contestants including Paul Daniels, Kara Tointon and Gavin Henson dressed up in their costumes on the streets.

Using the strapline ‘Sweeping the Nation of its Feet’ the idea invites the whole nation to be a part of Strictly Come Dancing by dramatising the moment when one person asks another to dance.

As well as a main TV trail, 1 short teaser ‘blip’ and branded training footage will also be on air.
